This Subscription Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. Please review it carefully as it governs any subscription orders with Buddy’s Blends. By subscribing, you agree to abide by these policies.

Subscription Benefits

Buddy’s Blends reserves the right to modify subscription benefits or details, including price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges, at any time.

Renewal, Payment, and Cancellation

Subscription orders will be fulfilled automatically according to your chosen delivery schedule, with charges applied to your selected payment method for each delivery period. Subscriptions will renew continuously until you cancel.

The price for each subscription is noted on the product page and may vary with each shipment, based on the current price when the order is processed. Applicable sales taxes, shipping, and fees will also be charged. Price changes will be available on your orders page.

Your payment method will be charged on the date of shipment. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time in your account’s Subscription section.

Limitations

We reserve the right to skip a shipment for one or more subscription periods as needed. You will not be charged for any skipped shipments.

Termination by Buddy’s Blends

Buddy’s Blends may terminate your subscription at our discretion, without notice. If a termination occurs after charging but before shipment, you will receive a refund for that period. Refunds will not be provided for terminations due to conduct that violates this Subscription Policy, applicable laws, or misuse of the subscription. Our failure to enforce strict compliance with these policies does not waive any of our rights.

Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds on subscription shipments follow the guidelines in the Buddy’s Blends Return Policy.

Policy Changes

We may change these policies, terms, or requirements at our discretion and without notice. If any term is found unenforceable, it does not affect the remaining terms. By continuing your subscription after any change, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cancel your subscription.
