Thank you for choosing Buddy’s Blends. We are committed to ensuring you have a great experience with our products. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please review our return policy below, and don’t hesitate to contact us. 

Chemical Products

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for chemical products so long as the correct products were delivered undamaged and in good condition. We encourage customers to refer to the comprehensive product documentation we provide on our website and social media, including labels, detailed technical bulletins, and demo videos. These resources are designed to help you use our products effectively and safely. 

Returns for Non-Hazardous, Non-Chemical Items

For non-hazardous, non-chemical products, such as ancillary cleaning items and accessories, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Only unopened and unused items are eligible for return.
  • Shipping: If an item is no longer wanted or needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (this does not apply to chemical items).
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returns that are not due to an error on our part, such as incorrect or damaged items.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for either a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incomplete Order: If any item from your order is missing, please contact us so we can either issue a refund or promptly ship the missing item.
  • Damage at Delivery: If an item arrives damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt with the freight company. If the delivery was signed for, notify us within 3 days of receipt.

For non-chemical items returned due to shipping damage or an error on our end, we will provide a free return label.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no cost before shipping. You can cancel your order by logging into your account or by contacting us directly.

Exceptions and Warranty

  • Non-Returnable Items: Chemical items and any products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Error or Damage: If there was an error or damage to a chemical product at delivery, contact us at customerservice@buddysblends.com within 15 days of delivery. Damaged packaging and products should be kept and photographs of damaged or incorrect items sent to us as soon as possible at the above email.
  • Warranty: Buddy’s Blends guarantees the quality and effectiveness of our products when used as directed. However, since we cannot control external conditions or application methods, no warranty or liability beyond replacement of defective products is provided. Always test a small area before full application to ensure compatibility.
